Membership Information

To become a member of Rib Mountain Bowmen, please print and complete the membership form (two pages). You can then bring your completed form along with appropriate fees to club during the Annual Membership Drive or any league night. 

Membership Types

Rib Mountain Bowmen is a membership based archery club. We are a non-profit, private club and have 5 different types of memberships.

  1. Working Membership (family): $55.00 per year plus 10 work hours required.
  2. Non-working Membership (family): $205.00 per year with no work hour requirement.
  3. Life Member (family): $700.00 one-time fee with no work hour requirement. A door fee of $15.00 is still required per year.
  4. Retiree: $15.00 per year door fee with no work hour requirement.
  5. Junior Membership (individual): $20.00 per year. Age 12-18, no key code, no work hour obligations.
  6. Young Adult (individual): $25.00 per year, age 18-21, plus 10 hours of work required.

Our members can enjoy practicing archery 24/7 because they all receive a code with their membership and are welcome shoot indoors all year round.


1. Working membership (family - imediate family that live in the same household)

This membership is a family membership that includes anyone in your immediate family up to and including age 17.

  • A working membership costs $55.00 per year. 
  • You receive a door code for the clubhouse allowing you to shoot archery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. There are a few days each year that are set aside for events and several nights per week for leagues during the winter months. See the club schedule for reserved dates. Barring that, the range can be used anytime.
  • All members receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail. If you would like a hard copy, one is available in the clubhouse for you to pick up on your next visit.
  • You are required to help out by working events or maintenance at the club for a minimum of 10 hours during the course of the year. If you can work more hours than the minimum, we appreciate that…. These work hours can be as hard as you want to make them or as easy. Work hours are explained in the work hour document with a schedule. There is a $15.00 per hour charge for any hours less than the 10 required.

2. Non-Working membership (family - imediate family that live in the same household)

  • You receive door code for the clubhouse allowing you to shoot archery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. Barring that, the range can be used anytime.
  • All members receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail. If you would like a hard copy one is available in the clubhouse for you to pick up on your next visit.
  • There is no work hour requirement with this membership. That does not mean we would turn you down if you chose to help out in some way.

3. Life member (Family - imediate family that live in the same household)

This membership is a family membership that includes anyone in your immediate family up to and including age 17.

  • A Life Membership costs $700.00 and is a one-time fee, plus a $15.00 door fee per year. 
  • You receive a key code for the clubhouse allowing you to shoot archery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. There are a few days each year that are set aside for events and several nights per week for leagues during the winter months. Barring that the range can be used anytime.
  • All Life Members receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail. If you would like a hard copy, one is available in the clubhouse for you to pick up on your next visit.
  • There is no work hour requirement with this membership. That does not mean we would turn you down if you chose to help out in some way.

4. Retiree 

Any member who has been a member for 5 consecutive years immediately prior to age 65 will be given a Life Membership.

  • There is a door fee per year. Most years this is around $15.00.
  • You receive a door code for the clubhouse allowing you to shoot archery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year. There are a few days each year that are set aside for events and several nights per week for leagues during the winter months. See the club schedule for reserves dates. Barring that, the range can be used anytime.
  • All members receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail. If you would like a hard copy, one is available in the clubhouse for you to pick up on your next visit.
  • There is no work hour requirement with this membership. That does not mean we would turn you down if you chose to help out in some way.

5. Junior Membership (Individual)

This membership is an individual membership. This membership is intended for anyone age 12-18 year of age and for a youth that does not fall under the family membership. A Junior Membership costs $20.00 per year.

  • All junior members will receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail only.
  • A junior member does not receive a door code to the building and there are no work hour requirements.
  • This membership is run with the cooperation of the youth coordinator and parental involvement.

6. Young Adult Membership (Individual):

This membership is an individual membership. This membership is intended for anyone age 18-21 year of age and for a youth that does not fall under the family membership. A Young Adult Membership costs $25.00 per year.

  • With this membership you will receive a copy of our newsletter called “The Bowbunk” via e-mail only.
  • You receive a door code for the clubhouse allowing you to shoot archery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. There are a few days each year that are set aside for events and several nights per week for leagues during the winter months. Barring that the range can be used anytime.
  • You are required to help out by working events or maintenance at the club for a minimum of 10 hours during the course of the year. If you can work more hours than the minimum, we appreciate that…. These work hours can be as hard as you want to make them or as easy.
